One form, a short conversation, then real sailings with real numbers.
The Cruise Bride coordinates the sailing, the cabins and the guest travel. The cruise line runs its own wedding program where one is offered.
Tell us about your celebration
A cruise wedding specialist replies personally, usually within one business day.
You do not need to have decided anything yet. Most couples come to us with a season, a rough guest count and a feeling about whether they want to be at sea or on a beach — that is enough to start.
Here is what happens next. We read what you sent and reply within one business day with questions, usually about guests and budget, because those two numbers drive everything else. Then we come back with two or three specific sailings: ship, date, ceremony format, what the wedding costs, what a guest cabin costs, and what the legal position is for each.
If one of them is right, we hold a cabin block before you send a single invitation. That is the step couples most often skip and most often regret, because a group rate secured early is worth more to your guests than any discount you can negotiate later.
From there we handle the wedding department, the deadlines and the guest questions. You get one point of contact rather than a call centre, and your guests get somebody to email who is not you.
Our planning service costs you nothing. We are compensated by the cruise lines, which means our incentive is a booking that actually sails — not the most expensive package on the sheet.
In short
- No fee to you — we are paid by the cruise line
- Reply within one business day
- Two or three real sailings, not a brochure
- Cabin block held before your guests are invited
Ceremony types, legal eligibility and wedding programmes vary by cruise line, ship, itinerary and jurisdiction, and change over time. Always confirm current requirements with the cruise line and the relevant authority before booking.
